Renaissance Elementary School Fall Family Fun Fest

Renaissance Elementary School hosted hosted their Fall family Fun Fest on Friday, November 6 where I had the opportunity to be a vender for this event.

A beautiful Fall evening that gathered together fun, food, venders, and more fun!!!!

The Fulton County Police Department was in attendance. It took me a minute to really figure out what exactly this officer was doing…

Upon closer look I learned that he was frying fish in one of those “things” (#1) all of the safety personnel tell us not to use. I guess he “certified” for this - thus the orange cones. I am also really digging his prep area (#2) Somebody call FOOD Network TV, I think we got a new Emeril…

I met new people and found new friends (as always)

Including my “vender neighbor” a twelve year old talented artist, Berea Thornton. She has taken her paintings and art and turned them into Beautiful greeting cards/gifts.

Her mother was a BIG help during her first show!!!

Another fellow jewelry handcrafter - Elyse Leigh of Unique Diva Designs. This was her first show. We wish her much success in all of her endeavors!!!!

All in all it was a great event and a grand opportunity for Infusion8 Jewelry  - Special thanks to the School and to the PTA who sponsored this event

Langston Hughs High School Fall Fest

On Saturday, October 24, 2009 my cousin Evelyn and I were venders at Langston Hughes High School . 

The PTA (and a hard working PTA president) hosted it’s first ever Fall festival. This is a brand new beautiful school that opened it’s doors just this fall and has the look of a college campus. It was a great Festival with band and dance team performances. Looking forward to their SPRING fest event coming in 2010!!!

Milford Women’s Conference

I was blessed enough to be a vender at the Milford Church of God’s 2009 Women’s Conference in Austell, GA. - http://www.milford.org/

It was held on October 9 & 10th (2 days - WOW!!!)

It was an AWSOME event that allowed me to expose my wares to a wide and diverse audience.

My cousin Evelyn joined me as a vender displaying & selling her MARY KAY!! She is well on her way to earning a “pink Cadillac” :-)

All of the people in attendance were to so nice, I received many positive comments about my work and even got a couple of fresh new ideas!

A Special shout out to the Chairpersons, organizers, and sponsors of this affair. They did a terrific job!!!!

My First Jewelry Show of 2009!!!
This was held at Wesley Chapel - Dekalb County Library. They held an OctoberFEST on October 3, 2009.

It was great to be among my fellow Crafters/Artisans from my own community, right in my own back yard. Everyone was so great and it was a really nice event.

Looking forward to their Kwanza Celebration in December.
